What type of URLs may I submit to www.dalt.in?
You may submit any type of URLs with www.dalt.in as long as they comply with our Terms of Service. Please note that the shortening of illegal or pornographic material is not allowed. Users who shorten those types of links may be banned from the site, and will have their shortened URL deleted.

How can I check the number of hits and other related information about my shortened URL?
It's very simple to find information about the URL you shortened, and even more than just finding the amount of hits it got. In addition, you can find out what site it was clicked from, what country, and more. When you shorten a URL, you will noticed a button that says "URL Statistics". Simply click that, and you will be taken to a special page that lists tons of valuable information about your URL. An alternative way to viewing the statistics for your shortened URL is adding the plus sign (+) to the end of your URL (Ex: http://dalt.in/1+). Please Note: The URL must have at least one click before information can show and be available!

How long do I get to keep my shortend URL for?
You get to keep your URL as long as it follows the Terms and Conditions, and as long as we're around! Unlike our competitors, we do not delete old or unused links! They're always available!

How and where can I share my URL?
You may share your URL where ever you please. This includes Instant Messaging services, email, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Once you shorten a URL with us, you will notice that we also have a Quick Share center where you can simply send your shortened URL to your favorite sites. More sites are always being added!

If I'm experiencing an issue with the site, who can I contact?
If you seem to be having problems with our site, we would apprechiate that you report all problems to us so we can get to the bottom of them right away. Our team is standing by email 24/7/365.

Help! My shortend URL is not showing up after I submit my long URL!
We have had some members report issues as such. Sometimes, if you choose an extention that has already been taken, it will not show. We're in the process of resolving this issue. Other times, you may have not submitted a valid URL. If you are certain that it cannot be one of the above issues, please contact us, and we would be more than happy to help you out.
